C. Bruce Armstrong has practiced law in Fayetteville, NC since 1976, when he was hired as an associate lawyer at the Barrington & Jones Law Firm.  Bruce, a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, started his legal career in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the United States Army.  After an honorable discharge, Bruce practiced in what became Barrington, Jones, and Armstrong.  In 1988, he became a senior partner in the Armstrong and Baggett Law Firm.  Bruce practiced as a solo practitioner until he and Adam Barrington formed Armstrong & Barrington PLLC in 2013.
