Jennifer L. Bogacki, formerly Jennifer L. Stone, was born in Danvers, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth (2002) with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, and the Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts (2005).

She was an Assistant Public Defender in Forsyth County, North Carolina from 2005 - 2007.

Ms. Bogacki maintains a general practice with an emphasis on Business and Corporate Law, Municipal Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Unemployment Appeals, Condominium Law, Construction Law, Landlord/Tenant Law, Civil Litigation, Collections and Estate Planning, Administration and Wills. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Alamance County Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates For Justice.

She serves as a Board Member on the Friendship Adult Day Services of Alamance County. She is a member of the Junior League of Greensboro.
