Stam & Danchi, PLLC traces its roots back to the post World War II era. After returning from active duty in the United States Army Air Corps, Carl Holleman attended Wake Forest Law School and then returned to his native area and practiced law in Apex from 1950 until his death in 1992. Paul (Skip) Stam, graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School in 1975. In 1976 he joined Carl Holleman in the practice of law. In 1991, Theodore (Ted) Danchi, a 1987 graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law, joined the firm. In 2010, Lisa Schreiner, a 2005 graduate of Campbell University School of Law and Caroline Nickel, a 2007 graduate of Pepperdine University joined the firm.
