C. Adam Barrington III is a third generation attorney.  His grandfather, Carl Adam Barrington Sr., started practicing law in Fayetteville, NC after his honorable discharge from the United States Navy during World War II.  Adam’s father, Carl A. Barrington Jr., was a senior partner at Barrington & Jones, PA in Fayetteville.  When Bruce hired Adam as an associate prior to forming the Armstrong & Barrington PLLC partnership, he said, “Your dad gave me my first job here in Fayetteville; it’s only fair that I return the favor to you.”
Adam came to the practice of law after a career in church ministry and nonprofit management.
